Mr. Nihal De Silva is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK (CIMA). He became a partner in 1975 and is the Managing Partner since 1990. He is a past president of the Sri Lanka division of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants as well as a former representative for the South Asia region at the CIMA UK council.

Mr. Lincoln Piyasena is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He became a partner in 1978 and specializes in Auditing and Taxation. He served as a council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka during the period 1995- 2004. His portfolio of clients includes companies in Retail, Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail businesses. He has experience in corporate recovery services.

Mr. Wickremasinghe is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CASL) and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT). He is a council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka from 2006. He has served as a Council Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka during 2004-2007. He is the Chairman of the Conference Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He has served as the Chairman of the Annual Report Awards Committee (2008 & 2011), Examinations Committee (2010-2011) and Training and Student Development Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka during 2006-2009. He was the Treasurer of the Organization of Professional Association of Sri Lanka 2009-2010. He is also a Committee Member of the Urgent Issues Task Force (UITF) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

Mr. Sanjaya Bandara is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. His specialty is in all technical matters relating to Accounting, especially IFRS's. He has an honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Sri Jayawardanapura and a MBA from the University of Colombo. He is a visiting lecturer at the University of Sri Jayawardanapura and ICBT Campus for the MBA of University of Wales. His portfolio of clients includes companies in Apparel, Leisure, Healthcare, Construction and Manufacturing Industries. He is a Committee Member of the Urgent Issues Task Force (UITF) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
